Want to be involved in the club? We have opportunities for you! We still have openings for next year's board. We don't have a Rotary club if we don't have a Secretary and Treasurer. Contact President Laura to volunteer starting in July.
The Secretary would be responsible for attending the club executive meetings and writing up the notes.
The Treasurer is responsible for the (1) light bookkeeping and quarterly invoices in the QB system, and (2) monitoring the PO BOX and depositing checks, lunch cash, and Happy Bucks. This could be split between 2 people.
The Meeting newsletter chair is responsible for this document - attending the meeting and communicating with the club on what happened at the meetings
